- Develop a sales and marketing plan that ensures you hit your sales targets. Your sales targets are your key to the plan. They must be achieved. Play “what-if” scenarios for how to best manage the challenges and the opportunities that show up along the way.
- Execute your plan with a new level of confidence that you’ve never before experienced. Everyone will see the difference in you – especially you!
Month #2 – Create a strategy that leverages your company’s unique competitive advantages into your most profitable market niche(s) where the competition is weakest.
Month #3 – Draft your company’s vision based on your company’s actual potential given your choice of strategy.
Month #4 – Polish your management skills with increased training in decision-making, finding and keeping top talent – and much more.
Month #5 – Manage your company by the numbers, which is the primary skill required to put you in control and unchain you from your company.
Month #6 – Develop your operational plan, which ensures your company’s continual improvement and your customer’s increased satisfaction.
Month #7 – Complete your annual marketing plan, which defines your company’s future growth plans.
Month #8 – Define your sales process and sales systems.
The above schedule is possible by devoting two hours per week of your, and your team’s, time. Regardless what pace you choose, you will watch yourself, and your company, be transformed through the process. After you have completed the program, you are invited to continue your development with one of our hands-on coaching staff. This person will ensure you don’t slide back into the old ways and lose the master-level effectiveness you will have attained.
