- The Effective Leader has two primary categories of products and services to sell:
1. Knowledge System –Each session comes complete with an audio and supplemental information for no charge when you are a member of the support system. There are seven sections and 33 sessions in the Knowledge System. It is advised that you proceed through the sessions in order. Many sessions assume you have the knowledge taught in the previous sessions. You may, however, download sessions that are of greater interest first.
2. Support System – When you join an advisory board for $95 per month, you will complete an application and submit your payment information that will begin the monthly fee.

- When you purchase from The Effective Leader, we use a secure checkout system. We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be emailed.
- Delivery Method and Timing
- Our merchant services feature Real Time processing, so under normal circumstances, there should not be any delay with your order and delivery. When you order any of the sessions from the Knowledge system, once your payment clears, we will send an email to you with a link to the product. For security purposes, the link to the download of the audio and the associated handouts that accompany that session is valid for 24 hours only.
- Return/Refund Policy
- 1. Knowledge System – If you are not completely satisfied with any session that you pay for, please let us know and you will receive a refund for
that session.
2. Support System – You are welcome to attend any advisory board that wants additional members. There is no charge for guests. When you join an advisory board, your credit card will be charged $95 each month thereafter. If you decide to discontinue your membership, notify us and we will immediately discontinue further charges.
